Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

-Unworn

-Unwashed

- Original tags attached

To start a return, you can contact us at shahidah.nicole@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 6691 Church Street Unit #960373 Riverdale, Ga 30296

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Wrong Items, Or Incomplete items
We have a 15-day return policy from delivery to report damaged or defective item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order is "Damaged" or "Wrong items" please email us ( Shahidah.Nicole@gmail.com) with pictures of the products so that we can further assist in your return or correction of your order. 

If you select "Damaged, wrong, items or incomplete items" as the reason for returns, the system will prevent you from completely a return.Damaged, wrong, items or incomplete items are reviewed case by case which means you will not be able to return these items unless approved before sending to assure the situation is resolved in the best way possible. 

Inspections and Discrepancies

Every return is inspected. Missing, ineligible, damaged, washed, or worn items can reduce or cancel return credit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items are not eligible for return. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie and undergarments
  • Accessories
  • Final Sale items
  • 1-of-1 items
  • Custom Items

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If any of the following items are returned, they will be discarded and no credit will be issued.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Reserved Rights and Legal Notice

We reserve the right to define, limit, refuse and reject returns that are worn, altered, or potential fraud. If returned items are not from Shahidah Nicole, they will be discarded upon receipt and your return will be denied with no credit.

We reserve the right to solely define, limit and reject any customer at anytime due to: - 

  • Potential fraud or criminal activity
  • Excessive returns
  • Returns of used, altered, washed, damaged,or missing items
