Our Policy
To ensure that your package is shipped and delivered to in the time frame advertised, please double check that your address is entered correctly and all relevant information required is entered. Abbreviations, building numbers, apartment numbers, and street numbers are critical in timely delivery as incorrect information will delay delivery times. We do not take responsibility for late, lost, misplaced, or incorrect delivery if the information provided is incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Processing Time
All orders are subject to processing time which is separate from the time it takes for shipments to arrive to its destination after it has reached its carrier. Depending on a number of factors, domestic and international orders may take up to 5 business days for standard orders, 3 days for Expedited and 2 days for Overnight (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays)to process. These are estimated times frames that do not included weekend or holidays.
Shipping Notification
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to the email address you provided with tracking information. Please double check that you have entered the correct email address when purchasing to ensure you receive important emails regrading your package.
Delivery Policy
Shahidah Nicole does not take responsibility for delayed delivery after package is dropped off to responsible carrier. Please advise that inclement weather, natural disasters, high shipping volume, customs holds, and other factors at the carriers can delay delivery times.
Shahidah Nicole does not guarantee responsibility for lost or stolen packages that have been reported as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please email us to review your case for possible resolution.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping time frame you choose and destination of delivery. Final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.
Your check out total includes : Shipping, Taxes, and any applicable duties. There is no other cost or payments upon delivery.
